Mischa Oak (he/him) is a 2SLGBTQ+ advocate, strategist and collaborator who has dedicated his career to helping others foster diversity and Two-Spirit & LGBTQ+ inclusion excellence.  With his company LGBTQ Corporate Training, Mischa advises and provides training for multinational companies, development projects, organizations, First Nations and school districts.

Mischa's latest strategy work involves extending LGBTQ+ inclusion excellence into industry, AI-based tech, and internationally exposed organizations.  His advocacy career includes working for same-sex marriage legalization, coordinating Vancouver Pride, and advocating for transgender rights in the BC school system. Mischa Oak is a Loran Scholar and holds an MEd in Social Justice Curriculum, Teaching, and Learning.
