Reporting to the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and guidance to assist the staff of within this Assisted Living and Long-Term Care Home in the performance of their duties.

Requirements/Qualifications:

RN registration with a current certificate of competence from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives with a Baccalaureate degree
Minimum of five (5) years progressive responsibility which includes at least three years of managerial or supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care facility

Location: Kamloops, BC
