The Executive Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support services to the Executive Director, the Board of Directors and the Fir Park Village/Echo Village Foundation. Maintaining and updating policy and procedure requirements, website reviews and updates, and implementation of effective organizational communication procedures. Liaisons with external and internal technical support, suppliers and vendors. Insures the provision of confidential secretarial and admistrative services and acts upon confidential information. Maintains records of Society and Foundation business including documentation of donations and memberships, minutes, policies and procedures, activities and calendars, education and resource materials. Provides campaign and PR support. 

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

Business or Communications-related post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent professional qualifications and progressively responsible experience (3-5 years of office admin. experience).
