DUTIES Reporting to the Director of Operations, British Columbia, the Site Manager will provide clinical leadership and operationaloversight for the care home in Salmon Arm, BC, which includes Assisted Living, Complex Care, Dementia Care, and Day Programs in accordance with the Good Samaritan Society Mission, Vision and Values. The Site Manager will empower the team to pursue clinical best practices, build a quality focused culture, be a visible and positive representation for the business, and manage in a fiscally responsible manner. As the ideal candidate, you bring experience in healthcare leadership roles, ideally gained in a seniors care/residential careenvironment, with a strong understanding of clinical best practices and licensing. Experience in a unionized environment would be an asset. |

QUALIFICATIONS RN/RPN/LPN is a requirement or Health Administrator with management experience |
