Join Kate Mancer, Principal, Lumina Services, and Rita Thibault, Principal, Westbridge Group Valuation Partner, as they look at industry numbers today, 10 years ago, and in some cases 10 years from now. Presentation will include maps, graphs, and charts to support the data.

Topics that will be discussed include construction costs from today and 10 years ago with a focus on long term beds contrasted with funding per diems paid, direct care hours requirements, operating expense ratios, and operating margins. Saturation rates, with data for private-pay IL/Al, subsidized AL, funded LTC as ratio of beds will be mapped out for various markets. New supply data for today will be shown across a variety of geographic areas and demographic projections. Cap rates + sales activities, demographics. operating expenses, private-pay rents for IL, AL and LTC, staffing, and vacancy rates will be touched on.
